FAQ & Site Info

There are quite a few reasons to sell on Ecrater. One, I have always believed in their mission. I was around when it was born. Also, it is growing increasingly hard to communicate with customers on other sites because they don't allow things like direct email.

We have shipped a lot of molds and only lost one so far. I am told that molds frequently break so I try to ship carefully. We secure the mold with a strap or equivalent, the waterproof (in some cases bubble wrap is the protector). I frequently use heavy duty moving paper for padding. It gives the mold room to move gently. The larger the mold the more chance it will be wrapped in bubble wrap as well.

The answer is no .. and yes. It is designed to embellish items for a beautiful creative touch but it is also couchable. The best of both worlds
